Ingredients

Usage
Take one strand of floss. Press your thumbs against your index fingers and squeeze the floss so that it does not slip. Begin to pass the floss between the teeth, moving it from the gum line to the top of the tooth with successive movements to the left and right, back and forth relative to the position of the tooth in the bite. Pass through all possible areas and rinse with water when finished. Then move on to brushing your teeth with a toothbrush.
