Usage
Use the toothpaste twice a day, brushing your teeth with a toothbrush. Brush for at least 1 minute, then rinse thoroughly with water. - For adults and children 6+ Years of age. - If you are taking fluoride from other sources, consult your doctor or dentist before use.
