Usage
Blend-A-Med Complete 7 Protect Expert Toothpaste 75 ml Brush your teeth after every meal or 3 times a day using a soft toothbrush and toothpaste. Use an amount about the size of a pea. Brush your teeth thoroughly for about 3 minutes.
