Sab Simplex Gas Drops x 30 ml: Use in infants (from the third week after birth) and children up to 36 months: Add 15 drops (0.6 ml) to each bottle (or with a spoon after each feeding). Use in children from 3 to 5 years of age: 15-20 drops (0.6-0.8 ml) during or after meals, if necessary, and before bedtime. Use in children aged 6 to 12 years: 20-30 drops (0.8-1.2 ml) every 4-6 hours; if necessary, this dose may be increased as for adults. Use in children over 12 years of age and adults: 30-45 drops (1.2-1.8 ml) every 4-6 hours; if necessary, this dose may be increased several times. Preparation for diagnostic examinations in the abdominal area: X-ray - 15 to 30 ml (3 to 6 teaspoons) in the evening before the day of the examination; Ultrasound - 15 ml (3 teaspoons) the evening before the examination and 15 ml (3 teaspoons) approximately 3 hours before the ultrasound examination; Endoscopy - 2.5 to 5 ml (1/2 to 1 teaspoon) before the endoscopic examination; if necessary, milliliters of Sab Simplex oral suspension can be administered through the endoscopic tube. In case of poisoning with cleaning fluids: In case of poisoning with cleaning fluids, the dose depends on the severity of the poisoning. The minimum recommended dose is 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of Sab Simplex. It is best to take Sab Simplex oral suspension during or after meals, if required and before bedtime. If necessary, Sab Simplex can be taken for prolonged periods (months to years).
