Usage
Massage with the balm at the first signs of a cold, preferably on the chest and/or upper back. For children aged 7 to 12: A small amount (about the size of a hazelnut) 3-4 times a day. For older children over 12 years of age: Apply generously to the chest or upper back 3-4 times a day. This is especially recommended before bedtime for a good night's sleep!
