Usage
Revlon Ultra HD Matte Metallic Velvet Matte Lipstick, color 690 HD Gleam Using the applicator, apply the lipstick to the upper lip. Start applying from the center of the lip towards the edges. Then apply the lipstick to the lower lip in the same way, following the contours.
