Mentha arvensis herb oil, Limonene, Linalool, Citral, Eugenol
Usage
- Massage: Add 20 drops of peppermint oil to 100 ml of base oil (almond, avocado, apricot, grape seed, jojoba). - Mouthwash: for bad breath, add 3 drops of peppermint oil to 100 ml of water. - Enriching face creams: 10 drops of peppermint oil per 50 ml of cream. - Bath: For toning: add 6.8 drops of peppermint oil to the bath. - Sauna: 10 drops of peppermint oil in 500 ml of water. - Foot bath: To neutralize odors - add 5-6 drops of peppermint oil to the water in the foot bath or basin. - Aroma lamp: Deodorizing - 5-6 drops of peppermint oil. - Aroma medallion: Deodorizing - 1.2 drops of peppermint oil. - Aroma spray: For deodorizing - 15-20 drops of peppermint oil in 250 ml of water, shake the bottle and spray the room.
