Usage
Recommended daily intake: dissolve 1 (one) measuring spoon (13.5 g) in 290-400 ml of water (dissolve with the necessary amount of water to achieve the desired taste). Shake well. Consume 20-30 minutes before training. For best results, use up to 2 measuring spoons daily. Some people may experience a harmless tingling sensation due to the beta-alanine in the product.
