Each tablet contains 5 mg of melatonin, Providing the body with 2 mg of fast, Acting melatonin and 3 mg of melatonin available from the second to the sixth hour after ingestion. Usage
Ambroz Melatonin for insomnia 5 mg x 30 tablets: For best results, it is recommended to take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water in the evening before bedtime.
