1 capsule: Dry extract of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), 100 mg, Dry standardized extract of passion flower (Passion flower, 3.5% vitexin), 50 mg, 5, Hydroxytryptophan, Hydroxy, Tryptophane 98% (Griffonia simplicifolia), 30 mg, Melatonin, 3 mg, Dry extract of Chamomile (Matricaria Chamomilla), 20 mg. Excipients: Fillers: Magnesium stearate, Powdered cellulose, Microcrystalline cellulose
Usage
Take 1 capsule in the evening, 30 minutes before bedtime with a glass of water. If necessary, you can take 2 capsules. For best results, it is recommended to take the dietary supplement regularly every evening for 3-4 weeks.
