Recommended daily intake: dissolve 1 (one) measuring spoon (18 g) in 290-400 ml of water (dissolve with the necessary amount of water to achieve the desired taste). Shake well. On training days, take 1 (one) measuring spoon (18 g) during training and 1 (one) measuring spoon (18 g) after training. On non-training days, take 2 measuring spoons (36 g) daily.
