Hold the container 15-20 cm away from the skin or clothing and spray. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. Do not spray directly onto the face. Apply the product to the palms of your hands and use them to treat the skin on your face and around your ears. For longer-lasting protection, you can repeat the application every 4 hours.
