The usual dose is up to 5 times daily, 10-20 drops on sugar, in hot tea or water. For external use, CARMOLIS is applied several times a day to the painful area. For inhalation, 20 drops of CARMOLIS are added to hot water or tea, then the vapors are inhaled and the liquid is drunk. Dosage for special applications For gas, feeling of heaviness in the abdomen, digestive system disorders, take 10-20 drops of CARMOLIS with hot tea, water or on sugar. For nervous sleep disturbances, add 10-20 drops of CARMOLIS to a cup of tea or sweetened hot water. Travel sickness: For nausea, a few drops of CARMOLIS on sugar have a calming and relaxing effect.
