Water, Denatured alcohol, PEG, 60 castor oil, Lanolin, Fragrances (arnica extract, Rosemary oil, Sage oil, Methyl salicylate, Alpine rose oil), Camphor, Menthol, Perfume, Acrylates, 13 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, Propylene glycol, Potassium sorbate, Citric acid, Allantoin, Pine green colorant, Sodium hydroxide
Usage
Apply as needed up to 3 times a day, applying a 1-2 cm strip of gel to the affected area and massaging it in. The gel can also be used to massage the affected area. However, in the case of non-bleeding injuries, e.g. swelling, massage should only be performed after 48 hours.

Do not use the product if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients;
