Usage
Adults and children over 12 years of age: Apply at least 2.5 cm of the product to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute, twice a day (morning and evening) and no more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by your dentist or doctor. Make sure you brush all sensitive areas of your teeth. Avoid swallowing the paste. Spit out after brushing your teeth. Children under 12 years of age: Consult your dentist or doctor.
