Each Neolexan 100 mg tablet contains 100 mg of 5, Hydroxytryptophan. The other ingredients in the tablet are microcrystalline cellulose, Corn starch, Povidone, Magnesium stearate, Film

The initial dose of Neolexan is usually 1 tablet 3 times a day. The effect of the drug is not usually immediate, so the dose should be adjusted if the effect is insufficient after two weeks.
