Usage
Botalife Natural Grapefruit Oil x 10 ml. Directions for use: Internal use: 1-2 drops daily on a teaspoon of honey or coconut oil, directly or dissolved in a cup of warm water. External use: aromatherapy, massage, gargling, compresses, inhalations, sauna. For external use, the oil should be diluted with a base oil in a ratio of 1:5.
