Usage
Wagner Life Design Himalayan Salt Pillow Small 23x14 cm x 500 g. How to use: How to warm it up: in an oven at 60°C or on a radiator (or other type of heater up to 60°C) until it reaches a temperature that is tolerable and comfortable for you. Place the warmed pillow on the desired area of your body. How to cool: Place the pillow in a plastic bag, seal it tightly to prevent moisture absorption, and leave it in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes. Place the cooled pillow on the desired area of the body and leave it to take effect. If necessary, you can wrap the pad in a terry cloth towel.
