Usage
Beurer BC 32 659.09 Wrist blood pressure monitor: Before use, read the operating instructions carefully. Place the BC 32 blood pressure monitor on the inside of your left wrist. Make sure there are no clothes on your wrist. Fasten the cuff with the adhesive Velcro so that the upper edge of the computer is about 10 mm below the knuckle of your thumb (see illustration). The cuff should be snug, but not too tight. Sit down calmly. Make sure your arm is supported and bent so that it is at the level of your heart (see illustration). Relax for at least 5 minutes before taking the measurement. Press the On/Off button to start the measurement. The cuff will automatically inflate and start measuring. If the pressure is insufficient during inflation, the device will automatically re-inflate to a higher pressure. If you forget to turn off the device, it will automatically turn itself off after 1 minute. Your high blood pressure and heart rate data will be displayed on the screen. To turn it off, press On/Off again.
Important
Always measure your blood pressure at the same time of day so that you can compare the data;
Relax for 5 minutes before each measurement!
Wait 5 minutes between consecutive measurements!
The measurements you take yourself are for your information only - they cannot replace a medical examination!
Discuss the data with your doctor and under no circumstances make medical decisions (e.g., medications and their dosages) on your own!
Wrist measurements will be less accurate if the arm suffers from poor blood circulation as a result of chronic or acute vascular diseases, including narrowing of the blood vessels.
In such cases, use a sphygmomanometer to take measurements on the upper arm.
After inserting the batteries, press and hold the SET button, press the MODE button, and the year will flash on the display. Set the year with the SET button and confirm with the MODE button.
Then press the same buttons to set the date/hour/min;
and confirm;
If you want to change the date and/or time after they have already been set, press the MODE button twice to return to the settings mode;
