Ingredients
1 pc of Omron Soft Cuff Medium 22, 32 Cm
Usage
- Rest for 5 minutes; avoid caffeine, smoking, or exercise beforehand.
- Wrap the cuff as directed with the display at heart level.
- Press Start/Stop; remain still and do not talk during measurement.
- Record systolic/diastolic and pulse; repeat after 1-2 minutes if needed.
- Store and clean the device as per the user manual.

Use only with compatible Omron blood pressure monitors;
Ensure correct cuff size before use (Medium: arm circumference 8.66"/12.6" (22/32 cm));
Position the cuff according to the instructions for accurate measurements;
Do not use on injured, swollen, or sensitive skin areas;
Clean the cuff with a soft, slightly damp cloth if necessary;
