EasyMate GCU Biochemical analyzer for monitoring blood sugar, cholesterol, and uric acid. Working with the lancing device Unscrew the tip of the device. Insert the lancet and remove its cap. Replace the tip and screw it on. Adjust the pricking depth according to the nature of the skin. Pull the back of the lancing device to load it. The lancing device is ready for use. Place on your finger. Press the trigger. To remove the used needle, unscrew the device and use the slider to release the used needle. Measuring the indicator Select the indicator you want to measure and place the corresponding chip in the designated slot on the rear panel of the device. When using the device for the first time, and once a week thereafter, calibrate the device with the calibration chip (yellow). Inserting the test strip automatically activates the device. Place the lancing device on your finger and press the trigger. Remove the first drop and place the second drop on the test strip (from the side slot). The amount of blood required to measure cholesterol is at least 15 l or 0.5 cm in diameter, as shown on the display foil. The device takes the measurement and the result appears on the display. The measurement time for each indicator is different. The result is automatically stored in the device's memory.
