Usage
- Check that the inside of your shoes is clean and dry before inserting the insole. - Remove the protective film and look for the L (left) and R (right) markings on the insoles. - Place the insoles with the sticky side down in the shoe. The front of the insoles should be located under the ball of the foot. - Replace after six months or at the first signs of wear. The insoles can be removed from the shoes with a slow and careful movement.
