2 insoles for every day
Usage
If necessary, cut the insoles to fit your feet. Cut along the outer line that corresponds to the size of the shoes you wear or use the original insole as a guide. For maximum results, remove the existing insoles and replace them with Scholl GelActive insoles, placing the gel side down. Replace the insoles when you notice they are wearing out. It is recommended that this be done every six months.
