Calendula flower (Calendula officinalis)

Tronka Organic Calendula Tea x 55g. As an infusion: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over one tablespoon of the herb, steep for 5 minutes, and strain. Drink the tea warm, without sweetening. For rinsing, steep 2 tablespoons of the herb in 500 ml of water. As a tincture: Pour 1000 Ml of homemade brandy over 100 g of flowers and leave the bottle in the sun or in a warm place for 14 days. To regulate menstruation, 30 drops per day are recommended, taken at once. As an ointment: Four handfuls of finely chopped flowers, stems, and leaves are poured into 500 g of heated clean lard. Fry lightly, stirring with a wooden spoon, and remove from the heat. Cover the container and leave to stand overnight. The next day, the mixture is gently heated, strained through a linen cloth, and poured into clean, dry small jars. If you are intolerant to lard, the ointment can be prepared with olive oil. For baths: Four handfuls of fresh or 100 g of dried herb are soaked in 3000 Ml of cold water overnight. The next day, the water is heated and the extract is added to it for bathing. The bath lasts 20 minutes, with the water reaching above the kidneys.
