Usage
Recommended daily dose according to Bulgarian legislation (Regulation 47_2004) 50 μg vitamin B12 per day. Dissolve 1 ml in 100 ml of water. Take 5 ml per day of the resulting water solution. Recommended daily dose from the manufacturer - 1 x 5 ml of the product per day for adults.
