Convatec Granuflex Sterile Hydrocolloid Paste x 30 g. Directions for use: The product is intended for single use, as the contents of the tube are sterile until opened. Once opened, sterility cannot be guaranteed. The paste is applied directly to the surface of the wound after it has been cleaned. Any unevenness on the surface of the wound is filled in, but the level of the paste should not be above the level of the skin around the wound. Any excess paste is removed. If paste remains on healthy skin, it will interfere with the proper adhesion of the dressing. After treating the wound and applying the paste, apply the appropriate Granuflex dressing. When changing the dressing, the gel formed by the paste is cleaned with saline solution.
