Nutrex Amino Charger + Hydration Amino acids and hydration complex with peach and pineapple flavor x 360 g: Shake the container well before use. Dissolve 1 (one) measuring spoon (12 g) in 240-290 ml of cold water and take between meals. On training days, take 1 (one) measuring spoon (12 g) dissolved in 240-290 ml of cold water during or immediately after training.
