It is designed to determine when the level of luteinizing hormone (LH) is at its peak and, therefore, when hair are likely to ovulate.
In order to determine when to start testing, hair must first determine the length of hair menstrual cycle.
- This is the number of days from the first day of your menstrual bleeding to the day before the start of your next menstrual bleeding
- Please refer to the table below to determine when you should start testing
- If your cycle is shorter than 21 days or longer than 38 days, please consult your doctor
- If you do not know the length of your cycle, you start testing on the 11th day after your period, as the average cycle length is 28 days
- Take one test every day five days or until the LH surge is detected
