Uriage Thermal Water, Non, Ionic surfactants and extremely gentle solvent, Cornflower water
Usage
Shake well before use to mix the two phases. Place a cotton pad soaked in the lotion on each eyelid. Gently pat with the cotton pad for 10 seconds to completely dissolve the makeup, then remove it by wiping from the roots of the eyelashes to the tips without rubbing.
