The Clear hCG Card Test is an immunochromatographic assay designed for the qualitative analysis and determination of the hormone hCG in urine for early detection of pregnancy.
The test cassette will detect the presence of the human hormone hCG if it is present in a concentration of 25 mIU/ml or higher.

Clear Test cassette for early detection of pregnancy. Urine collection and storage: The first morning urine usually contains the highest level of hCG and is most suitable for testing. Urine samples collected at any time of the day can also be used. Collect urine in a dry, clean glass or plastic container. If the test is not to be performed immediately, but within 48 hours, the specimen should be refrigerated at approximately 2-8°C and brought back to room temperature 15-28°C before testing. If the procedure is to be performed after more than 48 hours, the specimen should be frozen. Specimens that have been frozen for more than 2 weeks should not be used. Before testing, frozen specimens should be completely thawed, free of sediment, and brought to room temperature. Test procedure: Note: Allow the specimen and test materials to reach room temperature before testing! 1. Remove the test cassette from the sealed foil by tearing along the designated edge and place it on a flat surface. 2. Hold the pipette containing the specimen drops vertically above the test cassette and add exactly 4 drops of the specimen to the test window marked "S". 3. Read the result within 5 minutes. Interpretation of results 1. Positive (pregnancy) - Two pink-red lines appear - one in the test region (T) and the other in the control region (C). A positive result indicates the presence of hCG at a level equal to or higher than 25 mIU/ml. 2. Negative - One pink-red line appears in the control area (C), with no colored line in the test area (T). A negative result indicates that the hCG level is below the detectable level. 3. Negative - No visible colored lines appear in either the test region or the control region. The test result is invalid due to deterioration or incorrect test procedure. Repeat the test with a new test device. Test sensitivity: The CLEAR hCG Test Cassette will detect the presence of the human hormone hCG if it is present in a concentration of 25 mIU/ml or higher. This level of sensitivity was confirmed with hCG standards (25, 50, 100, 1000, 450,000, and 900,000 mIU/ml) in urine. Sometimes specimens containing less than 25 mIU/ml of hCG may also report positive results.
