Ingredients
1 ovulation test, A urine cup
Usage
Clear Ovu Test Rapid ovulation test. Urine collection: 1. Do not use your first morning urine, as LH is synthesized in your body early in the morning. The increase in LH will only show up in your urine later in the day. 2. The best time to collect urine is between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. 3. Collect urine at the same time every day. 4. Reduce your fluid intake about 2 hours before collecting your urine, as a diluted urine sample may prevent detection of the LH surge. Test procedure: 1. Allow the sealed foil pouch, urine sample, and control solution to reach room temperature. (18-30°C) 2. Remove the LH cassette from the sealed foil pouch. 3. Draw the urine sample with the pipette provided. 4. Hold the pipette vertically above the test cassette at a height of about 1-2 cm above the sample addition window. Add 5 drops of urine to this window. 5. Place the test device on a flat surface with the result window facing up. Wait for the colored lines to appear. Depending on the concentration of LH in the sample, positive results can be observed after at least 40 seconds. However, to confirm negative results, a full reaction time of 10 minutes is recommended. Do not read the results after more than 30 minutes. Interpretation of results: - No LH surge: only one colored band appears in the control region (C) or the test band (T) appears but is lighter than the control band. This means that there is no LH surge. - LH surge: two colored lines are visible, and the test line (T) is equal in intensity or darker than the control line (C). This means that you will probably ovulate in the next 24-48 hours. If you are trying to conceive, the best time to have intercourse is after 2 hours, but before 48 hours. - Invalid: no visible colored lines at all. Repeat the test with a new test device.
