Clear System Pregnancy Test Test Cassette and Control Strip
Description
The Clear hCG System Test is a modern pregnancy test that provides double verification through a test cassette and control strip.
The hCG test is a three-layer immuno-diagnostic test.
When urine is added to the test block, it moves along it and mobilises the gold-linked hCG conjugate with which the test block is coated.
- The resulting mixture moves along the membrane by capillary action and interacts with the anti-hCG antibodies with which the test area is coated
- If HCG levels of 25 mlU/ml or more are present, the result is the appearance of a colored band in this area
- If there is no HCG hormone in the sample, the area remains colorless
- The urine continues to move along the control area and colors it pink to purple, which means that the test is working and the result is valid
- Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) is a glycoprotein hormone produced by the developing placenta shortly after fertilization
The appearance of hCG in the urine shortly after conception and its subsequent increase in concentration during early pregnancy make it an ideal marker for the timely detection of pregnancy.

Ingredients
1. 2. Test cassette and control strip. 3. A cup
Usage
Clear System Pregnancy Test, test cassette, and control strip. Sample collection: 1. Urine samples can be collected at any time of the day. Morning urine usually contains the highest level of hCG hormone. 2. Collect urine samples in clean, dry, plastic or glass containers. 3. Samples can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 72 hours before testing. Samples stored in the refrigerator should be warmed to room temperature and mixed well before testing. Quality control: The control line is an internal reagent and has a control function. It will appear if the test has been performed correctly and the reagents have reacted. First step - for the test cassette: Procedure: 1. Fill a container with urine. 2. Remove the test cassette from the sealed foil with the "TEST CASSETTE" sticker by tearing the designated edge and place it on a flat surface. 3. Hold the pipette containing the sample drops vertically above the test cassette and add exactly 4 drops of the sample to the test window marked "S". 4. Read the result within 5 minutes. Interpretation of results 1. Positive (pregnancy): Two pink-red lines appear - one in the test region (T) and the other in the control region (C). A positive result indicates the presence of hCG at a level equal to or higher than 25 mIU/ml. 2. Negative: One pink-red line appears in the control area (C), and there is no colored line in the test area (T). A negative result indicates that the hCG level is below the detectable level. 3. Invalid: No visible colored lines appear in either the test region or the control region. The test result is invalid. The ClearhCG System Test gives you an accurate result on the seventh day after intercourse (conception), even before your period is late, and at any time of the day or night. Step two - for the control strip: Procedure: 1. Remove the test strip from the Set labeled "CONTROL STRIP." 2. Dip the strip into the urine, with the arrow on it pointing towards the sample. The urine level should not be higher than the arrow. 3. Leave the strip in the urine and remove it after at least 30 seconds, then place it on a flat, non-absorbent surface. 4. Depending on the concentration of hCG in the urine sample, positive results can be read in at least 40 seconds. To confirm negative results, it is recommended to wait 5 minutes. Do not read the result after more than 10 minutes! Interpretation of results: Positive: If two colored lines appear after 3-5 minutes, the test result is positive and valid. Negative: If no colored line appears in the test area and only appears in the control area, the result is negative and valid. Invalid: The result is invalid if no colored line appears in the control area. The sample must be retested using a new test. Contraindications: There are several factors other than pregnancy, such as trophoblastic and non-trophoblastic neoplasms, that can cause high levels of HCG hormone. These factors should be considered after the necessary clinical tests. Diluted urine samples may contain insignificant levels of HCG hormone, which will not be sufficient to give a positive result.
Important
Do not use the product after the expiration date. Do not open the sealed foil pouch until you are ready to perform the test. The test kit should be stored at a temperature up to 86°F (30°C).
