Crushed, Dried leaves of broadleaf plantain, 100%
Usage
Steep 1 tablespoon of crushed Zhivovlek leaves in 400 ml of boiling water for 20 minutes at room temperature. Strain through cheesecloth. The infusion will keep for 12 hours if stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 20-80°C without freezing. Drink 100 ml of the strained infusion 4 times a day before meals.
