Chopped, Dried bark of Leska, 100%
Usage
Place 1 tablespoon of chopped Leska bark in 400 ml of boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes. Strain through cheesecloth. The decoction will keep for 12 hours if stored in a refrigerator at a temperature of 20-80°C without freezing. Drink 100 ml of the strained decoction 3-4 times a day after meals.
