Ingredients
Crushed, Dry leaves and flowers of Oregano, 100%
Usage
Steep 1 tablespoon of crushed leaves and flowers of oregano in 200 ml of boiling water for 20 minutes at room temperature. Strain through cheesecloth. The infusion will keep for 12 hours if stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 2-8°C without freezing. Drink 50 ml of the strained infusion 3 times a day before meals.
