Ingredients
Chopped, Dried stems of horsetail, 100%
Usage
Steep 1 teaspoon of chopped horsetail stems in 200 ml of boiling water for 60 minutes at room temperature. Strain through cheesecloth. The infusion will keep for 12 hours if stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 20-80°C without freezing. Drink 60 ml of the strained infusion 3 times a day before meals.
