A mixture of whole fruits of anise, Fennel, Coriander, Caraway, 100%
Usage
Place 2 tablespoons of the herbal mixture in 500 ml of boiling water. Boil in a water bath for 15 minutes. Strain through cheesecloth. The decoction has a shelf life of 12 hours, provided it is stored in a refrigerator at a temperature of 20-80°C without freezing. Drink 100 ml of the strained decoction 3-4 times a day.
