Ingredients
Dried crushed leaves of coltsfoot, 100%
Usage
Steep a tablespoon of crushed Podbel leaves in 200 ml of boiling water for 30 minutes at room temperature. Strain through cheesecloth. Drink 50 ml of the infusion throughout the day. The infusion will keep for 12 hours if stored in a refrigerator at a temperature of 2-8°C without freezing.
