Chopped, Dry leaves of white birch, 100%
Usage
Steep 1 tablespoon of chopped white birch leaves in 400 ml of boiling water for 30 minutes at room temperature. Strain through cheesecloth. The infusion will keep for 12 hours if stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 20-80°C without freezing. Drink 120 ml of the strained infusion 3 times a day after meals.
